🌬 Deep Breathing – You’ll learn evidence-based breathwork such as diaphragmatic breathing to slow the heart rate, increase oxygen flow, and release tension held in the body. This builds a powerful toolkit you can return to anytime, anywhere.
🌸 Guided Imagery – Through gentle, sensory-rich visualisations, we help you access feelings of peace, safety and joy, replacing internal chaos with inner calm and spaciousness.
📖 Journal Therapy – Our structured journal therapy approach invites reflection and healing through expressive writing. Clients gain insight, process emotions, and deepen their self-awareness, often continuing the therapeutic journey long after the session ends.
Every session is delivered by Simone Richmond (MSc, MCMA), a fully qualified and licensed Relaxation Therapist and Journal Therapy Practitioner. Sessions are compassionate, client-centred, and rooted in both professional expertise and deep empathy.

Successful applicants will be invited to begin a personalised 7-session programme at the introductory rate of £57.
